I have two climate master closed loop geothermal units. Model: TEV026BGD06JLTS -FIRST FLOOR Model: TES026BG006JNNS -SECOND FLOOR Second floor AHU is in the atic and the condenser is in the basement. The first floor unit are together in the basement. The home was built in 2021. Since occupancy, the second floor almost year round says SERVICE NEEDED. The unit struggles to cool the upstairs in the summer and heat the upstairs in the winter with AUX heat constantly kicking on. I have had a tech out numerous times and they cannot find any issues. I was told the water delta across the closed loop coil at both units was within spec. Both units share a closed loop with one Grundfos recirculating pump on a FLOWCENTER PRODUCTS GFMBLK 116-1 wall panel. There are four 0.75 loops @ 220ft deep tied together to 1-1/4” S/R lines entering and exiting the home. 20% methanol. I have listed the info off my second floor stat below and was hopeful someone with more experience could possibly see my issue. Both units on when data captured: SECOND FLOOR— LT1 116.5 LT2 135.1 COMP DISCHARGE 156.0 VALVE 73% Leaving water 34.8 Entering water 43.7 FIRST FLOOR LT1 29.1 LT2 80.4 COMP DISCHARGE 144.3 VALVE 76% LEAVING WATER 33.8 ENTERING WATER 42.7 Home is around 3400sq, first floor has vaulted ceiling with ceiling to the second floor. Thank you to anyone who is able to help me here. The first floor unit cycles and has no problem handling the first floor and basement. Second floor struggles year round and I suspect a loss of efficiency and $$$ due to this. Located in Delaware.
