I'm building a shop and we have built it pretty tight. The blower door test rated it at 0.645 ACH/50. The shop will be heated with radiant floor hear. There will not be any cooling. The building is in Maryland and we have about 4500 heating degree days and about 1200 cooling degree days each year. There are times in the summer where it gets very humid.
My question is, would I be better off using an Energy Recovery Ventilator or a Heat Recovery Ventilator?
Thanks,
Ron C
