What building materials are under distributed or overpriced in MN? I am going to distribute a select few building materials, especially things that are "green" or energy efficient. Probably no finish products like flooring. I already have an ICF and xps insulation. I am considering...and would like suggestions of these and other products/materials. A waterproofing. Synthetic stucco wall covering. Wind generator. Solar panel.

Of course you don't have to be from the Twin Cities to recommend a product, what works in your area?

We are a manufacturer of epoxies, decorative concrete and more.  We provide products to ICF companies as well.  We have one dealer in MN right now and looking to expand our products in the area.  Please take a look at our site www.mcii.info or www.mcepoxy.com and let us know if it is something you would be interested in distributing.  Thanks

You have to verify the price quotes given to you. That way, you will be able to compare and determine if they are overpriced or not.
Eckhoff Construction LLC is among the leading general contractors in Columbia MO.

Miracle Coat may have something good. And although the Tremco products look good, they already have a number of distributors.
