Hi

I am concerned about lines appearing on my stucco when it is wet.
The lines disappear when the stucco dries ( no cracks appear yet)

Could some one tell me if I should be concerned about these marks.
The stucco was completed about a month ago.

I will attach a picture.

Thank you in advance

Vancouver, Canada

Thanks for the info but when the lines

dry you can not see any cracks on the surface?

Are you saying that there are cracks below the surface.
What should I do about these lines.
Should I be concerned.
Thanks

jtops;

All cement stucco cracks, the cracks are hairline, I don't know how old your stucco is or if it has ever been sealed. It should be sealed every couple years with a clear sealer, I like thompson's , that can be applied easily in a pump sprayer.

stucco is pourous and will be penetrated by water, in a cold climate I would be afraid of the freeze - thaw cylce expanding the stucco from behind under the right conditions
