Beyond the exotic climate and natural beauty, Washington DC is known for its world class architecture. A visitor might wonder to see the great varieties and experimentations done in the architectural arena. The buildings at Washington DC are the living exemplar of the American’s love for their dwellings. They spend immense time in planning, and also spend capital, in order to accomplish their dream dwelling. Thus it won’t be a wonder that the top class buildings of America are in Washington DC. This resulted in sprouting up of a new business strategy and the foundation was made by the home builders.

It has become so natural, that the population rely themselves on these home builders to structuralize their reveries. Indeed for Home Builders Washington DC has become a hub where they can explore their aptitude to the maximum, supported by the ever growing needs of the customers. What makes Washington DC to stand apart from the rest, is the amenities such as almost all government offices, public entertainments and the landscape, for all it forms a one stop shop. It was very early that the home builders sensed the growth of the city, and are now one of the peerless business pillars, in America.

With globalization and an immense growth in technology, business was uplifted to the world market. Competition is on fire and people now depend on the internet, which has become a thorough and convenient source, even to meet the household necessities. As a result the home builders too maintain their own websites, to attract people in all the ways possible, by adding something better than the other. The competition has favored both the sides equally, as people found their dreams turning to be realities and the home builders found their business ascending at a much faster pace than expected.

Wow! That pretty much sums it up for me.

stroke, I have been involved recently in 3 custom homes in the DC area (Winchester, Leesburg, and Alexandria) that are ALL more energy efficient than the houses you have been involved. I would also make an argument that the "One Cool House" would be exempt from the incredible architecture that is in the DC area.

That is all I have to say about that - renangle

I don't have a clue as to what strode's post is supposed to be about.
Apparently, Ren does understand it, but his reply also left me clueless.
Please people, try to be more clear in your points, so I don't get a headache trying to figure it out.

Wes,

Well, to be honest, I didn't really understand it either, but since there was a link to a builder's website, I decided to rant a little (especially since I have done some work up there).

What I found interesting was the part about how people use the internet and how even some builders have their own websites. Incredible.

what we do to get search engine recognition....

how exactly is DC's climate "exotic"?

And when will these people realize that these posts only annoy, they don't drum up business? just curious..

For someone who lives in a different part of the world, DC would be about as exotic as you can get.

So are you saying that Congressional Design Build just posted a spam post to be annoying? and that Congressional Design Build is a waste of time? and the Congressional Design Build post does not communicate well?

What would the search engines think of that?

As a builder here in DC, I'm embarrassed by the above post.  I suspect that it is simply drivel put out by a marketing firm that's been hired to do an SEO campaign.  Let's hope so.

"At Congressional Design Build, we subscribe to the theory that if you insulate properly, you can heat and cool your house with a match … we’ll almost"

I think the same poster must have written this on the website.
