I have a 12 year old Water Furnance, Premier 2, 2 speed Heating and Cooling Geo Therm Unit. We use 4 zones to give us the ability to heat and cool different areas at different temps. Our Thermostats are Water Furnance Model TA 32312. Four years ago we had to replace one stat and were told our model stat was no longer available. This came from my installer whom I no longer use. No other ones available for me. We replaced the bad stat with a Robert Shaw Model 300 202 A3. I have just lost another stat and have another one that I have to display C as the F is scrambled. Finally my question: Besides the Rober Shaw above does anyone know other stats that will work with my unit without rewiring????? My concern is cost as the Robert Shaws run about $140.00. I'm going for three total to eliminate the Water Furnance stats.
Well what i can say after reading your post is that their seems to be no allternative to Robert shaws in your case. You would definately have to go for these....
