Has anyone in the Saskatchewan area had any experience with these people at Brac Systems. I've tried to get some information from the company regarding if the system is legal and I seem to be getting the run a round? I did contact the health department but no one was available who had any knowledge of Brac Systems. If I get a response from the government I'll post back.
thx.

I do not know how their products are regulated in the Canadian market. I did look into their products for my brothers home in Washington State. They are a bigtime player in their field. I wouldn't hesitate at all in specifying any of their products for one of our customers when the opportunity arises.

We have decided to install a brac system to flush toilets with grey water from a shower and a bath drain. It looks pretty simple, but I think you have to clean the filter and install a chemical disinfecting puck once a month.

Project Innovations is the distributor for Brac Systems in Ontario.
Brac Greywater Recycling Systems are certified to comply with the Canadian B128 Standard for water reuse systems.
The Ontario Building code allows for the use of greywater for flushing toilets. Currently, BC and Quebec are also allowing installations at the provincial level.
The remaining Canadian Provinces are in the process of update their building codes. I have been working with them and the Canadian Water Quality Association and some of the plumbing officials to assist.
In Saskatchewan, you will need to check with your local building department to see if they are prepared to allow the system now.
The distributor for Saskatchewan is as follows. Teri may be able to provide more info.

I should also mention..
If you are in the process of a plumbing renovation now, I would strongly urge you to consider roughing in for greywater recycling now even if the codes are not in place now. The rough in won't contravene any local codes and will make it easy to install the system at some point in the future. You can find a link to a great picture of the rough in at one of my dealer's sites: http://www.htowatertechnologies.com/uploads/Installation_Picture.pdf
