FiWi HRV requires the internal house doors to be left open a bit more than normal. We usually put vents over bedroom/bathroom doors venting into the hallway. Water vapour equalises rapidly in air like most gasses so you don't need to chase it around the house with ducts. We found humidity levels in bathrooms dropped from 75% to 50% in 12 mins through a vent over the door. The Relative Humidity in the hallway increased from 40%to 45%, with well insulated walls and triple glazing there's little condensation in the bathroom.

Rosalynn,
From what I understand, latex paint applied to the edges of the OSB is just there to give the tape something to stick to, and I have seen latex paint recommended many times. You would then put your Tyvek type house wrap material over that. A day of drying is probably a good idea for any paint.

Thanks Rosalinda! Hey Viking House, I've perused your website before. Pretty innovative. I'm not sure where we would even begin to get something like your wall assembly here, but it's a little too late for us anyway, plans are 90% done.
