UltimateAir's RecoupAerator® is the most efficient means of bringing in outside air. The utilization of the RecoupAerator® to bring in outside air will be the most energy and cost efficient means, rather than using any other product. Ventilation always costs money no matter how you bring in the air. Highest heat transfer (you want a product that) with the lowest electrical footprint. It costs the least to operate, it is the highest in heat transfer, and the air is filtered while its being delivered. For more information, visit our website: http://www.ultimateair.com
UltimateAir® is the industry's leading manufacturer of whole-house air filtration systems and energy recovery ventilators that are energy conscious and environmentally friendly.

I like the pressure balancing option, but I wouldn't run slightly positive in the winter. That is asking for condensation in the walls.
