Help! Our Permacrete installer quit halfway through the job.  We now have a 6000+ sq ft home that has less than half of the foam trim work and permacrete completed.  We are having a hard time finding someone else to fininsh the work and Permacrete is not offering much help as they claim they only supply the product and that installers are independent dealers.  That doesn't help us much when we have a half finished house with a specialty product being used.  Does anyone know a Permacrete installer in the Eastern Shore of Virginia area or one who would be willing to come to the area to complete the exterior or can you offer alternatives to finish the exterior?

Contact Permacrete's home office in Tennessee. Keep going up the food chain until you find help.
I can't imagine that they won't help you find a replacment installer. It's their good name on the line.

Thank you both for your advice and for your offer to help. We have talked to a VP with Permacrete and he has taken commendable steps that will hopefully resolve our problem and at the same time enable a local contractor to become a Permacrete installer in our area. I have always believed that problems will occur in even the best of businesses; what separates the good from the bad is how they resolve those problems. It appears Permacrete is showing that you can count on them to stand behind their product.

You can find a good general contractor who can help you to finish your house. Before you planning for a house you should do some agreement and hire contractors from a reputed contractor company.

Tom Olson - What would you need to give us a general idea of what it would cost to have you come out to finish the permacrete on our house? I also sent an e-mail to the address on the website you listed.
