There was a frame house on the property that burned down a few years ago and all that is left is the old concrete stem walls.  What can I do with these old stem walls?  I don't really have a good spot to dig a hole to bury the concrete.  I was wondering if I could knock them out and then use them as "fill" under the new pad.  Any ideas?

Using the walls as 'fill' is the only practical use for them. Don't try to build back on these old walls.
We had a similar situation several years ago. FHA would not even let us use it as fill. We had to remove it all, including the footers, and start fresh.

Using them as filler would be fine. Other than that, they're trash

I agree, that using the walls as 'fill' is the only practical use for them, practical but not highly recommended!

Concrete can be recycled, too. At the recycler, it is crushed, separated and used for a variety of things like roadbase.

Some recyclers can also separate out the unused cement for reuse.
