Building Structers over Horizontal ground loop

Can a concrete footing be installed over a Gethermal horizontal loop that is 5 ft. below the surface. The footing will be about 4 ft. deep and a 2 x 3 ft. Concerned about damage to the 3/4" PE pipe. The footing is for solar grount mount.

My guess is that it would be fine. I have pex pipes 2" under a paver driveway with no problems.
