Due to a leaking pipe, I recently opened a wall in my house.  I removed the lower four feet (wainscoating) on a twelve foot high wall and left the other 8 feet, which is covered with original tin.  I discovered wet fiberglass insulation and some green and white mold on the rough cut studs and wide board sheathing (1907).  I removed the insulation and dried the wall and unreachable cavity.   Is is safe to close the wall if it is dry or do I need to find a way to treat or remove the mold in the unreachable area?  I really dont want to remove the tin....

Thank you for any help here...

I'd consult a pro on this one.

There are spray-on mold treatments to kill what's there, and as long as you keep it dry and air-sealed from the interior the health hazards are quite low. If you've moved the offending plumbing so that even if it fails again it won't wet that area, borate fire-retardents and other addtives in cellulose insulation are mold-inhibitors.
