Hey Guys,
Just a quick question. I have a pioneer log home that is being designed by my architect, the same gentleman I bought the cabins off of, who has been doing this a long time. He is designing the house / foundations etc etc and then passes his plans to the Engineer who stamps the plans for approval, I guess if there is no glaring engineering issues. This Engineer has asked for all my contact details, sounds fair enough considering he's working for me?, but also the contact details, name and all of those details for the building inspector. Given my level of expertise (none) is this standard process or should this be raising alarm bells? Anyone know how this works? |
