There is a project to replace houses in the area of recent earthquakes in guerrero mexico the project is very limited in budget there is a need for 3000 houses that were affected from the earthquake. We want to propose SIPS or any other type of material help is needed to modulate the project quote to see if it fits into the project. the project will be funded by comapany`s charity so its important to get the better pricing

For low cost mass production in hot climates, I've seen both SCIPs and poured concrete (probably with no insulation, although a little foam may have been in the middle of the forms). Steel SIPs make sense, although I haven't seen them used for this.

It's hard to beat thinshell domes for safety, price, value, ease of construction. Check out basalt domes video on Monolithic.com

You should contact Chris here on the form and inquire about steel SIPs. They can erect low income housing utilizing steel SIPs in just one day. In addition they are earthquake resistant, storm resistant and no real major skills are needed to assemble them (basic carpentry skills).
