Can anyone help identify the manufacturer and/or a source for the below insulation? I've visited four supply stores and none have been up to the identification challenge!

It is attached to poured concrete walls. It is 1 5/8" thick 4' by 8' sheets with a very light blue slightly bumpy finish on top of foil with a gold backing.  There is no wording on the finished side of the panel, and the light blue is absolutely the manufactured color, not after painted. The back is unfinished silver foil but cannot access enough to determine if it is labeled.  I presume it is a polyisocyanurate.

In addition I would like to know where to get additional light blue foil based tape (seen attached and bent over on the middle left), which is presumably from the same manufacturer (so identifying one will likely identify the other).

the only blue foam I have seen is Dow XPS, extruded , but thats not it, the board in the picture looks like white EPS to me , there are many EPS factories that make foil wrapped insulation board labeled and non-labeled, it could be from any number of places

My guess is that it is PU foam covered with a thicker than usual foil that was intended for refrigerator/freezer use. I'm probably wrong.
