I have insulated below grade on our 100 year old house and i now want to bring the insulation up to the brick which is about 30" above grade. I cannot decide what to put on it and i really am not sure about stucco. I would rather have a cement type board with an ice and water shield behind it if possible. Does anyone have good suggestions?

What kind of insulation. With eps you can cover it with synthetic stucco. There is also acrylic coating such as by Styro industries.

There is already XPS attached and i was going to do tapcons and SOMETHING to give support to whatever goes on top. The other half doesn't like the stucco look so i am looking for other options.
