We had a new Bosch TA035-1CF/HZ/VT system installed in our new home.

The system is very loud so as you can imagine my husband and I are very disappointed as the noise is very annoying.
We had our installer check the system as well as local Bosch Rep.
They said the system is no louder than any other system.  We chose the Bosch system because it was stated to be quiet.
When reading on line for solutions we found that you can:
1) Fill the compressor compartment with Insulation
2) Install flex duct on the supply and return
3) Install corning acoustic liner in the supply duct (placed inside just near the unit)

Our installer feels certain the issue is not from improper installation even though this is the first Bosch Unit he has installed.
He would like to try and insulate around the compressor.  Do you recommend this??  Or should we press the issue with the Bosch representative as we have read in some instances the noise is from a bad compressor that needs replaced.
**The noise is definitely coming from the compressor and vibrating up through the duct work.  It is very loud at times.
Any suggestions would be helpful.  We are very frustrated at this point!!!!

I also want to comment that our system blows cool air also for the first 3-5 mins then the air becomes luke warm not hot.
Our system seems to run alot.  We live in PA and have cold winters but it seems to turn on every 15mins.  One zone, then the next.
