I have a two story house with a gypsum lowered ceiling on the second floor. I'm thinking to put a proper floor above that and use than this space (attic) for storage. The attic will be very hot which I don't mind. I just wonder if I can put some kind of insulation under this new floor so that the heat in the attic will not radiate to the second floor. Anyone a suggestion on what kind of Insulation to use and how to stick this to the Plywood (that floor will be of plywood)? Thanks, Peter
