Hello, I'm planning on applying a capillary break (drylock) on the top of my footing. Just wondering how much I need to wait after the pour before applying... thanks

You might have to call United Gilsonite Laboratories (UGL) which is the manufacturer of Drylok to find out. I've been wondering the same thing prior to using it to waterproof a reflecting pond.

I contacted ugl and they told me that the concrete must cure for 28 to 30 days before drylock can be applied... I don't know anyone that waits that long before pouring the wall... any other suggestion? I'm pouring my footing this week...

I just found a product that is available in my area and is specified for application on green concrete: aqua-bloc 720-38

I will let you know how it went.
