Hello all,
I have a condo in a highrise building and my unit is equipped with 2 Climate Master VHS series on each floor.  I am very unhappy with these units are very fragile and always break down and lock up for different reasons such as low water flow, on and on and on and i am getting sick of spending thousands of $$ to keep them running. The building was built in 2003. I just would like to replace them with something better and more economical units.  What would you recommend?  Thanks for your input..

These units are not particularly fragile, but it sounds like the design is. Low water flow is a problem external to the heat pump. What other problems have you had?

Thanks Joe,
It is mostly low water flow problem. It is a poor design problem but no body is taking responsibility, so as a homeowner I am stuck with the problem. HOA got a huge settlement from the builder but it never materialized to individual owners. How can we prove the poor design??? I can not afford the expenses anymore.
