I have a Sanyo mini split installed in my studio and the outdoor unit keeps freezing over. We think it may need a new sensor that communicates when the unit should defrost but have had a hard time contacting and getting the part? It is a discontinued unit but we've only had it a few years. Model CH1271 Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Cllaire, what temps are you operating this in? What are RH and snow conditions?
