We are doing a PassivHaus home in Ontario and after a lot of discussion we decided to use Blueskin WB on the plywood sheathing prior to external insulation. We have used both the Bakor Aquatac primer and the higher tack, non water based version but regardless, we are finding that the blueskin isn't always sticking. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue? What resolved it if it did happen?

No, I made sure the temps were well above freezing.
