I have been trying to find reviews on this company but there doesn't seem to be much out there. If anyone has any information about them they are willing to share I would appreciate it greatly.

I feel like I've heard of people who have used them but I can't recall directly. You might also look at Huntington Homes in Vermont. They have offset 2x4, and 2x8 with R5 interior (not exterior) EPS foam  framing options. I'm not sure if delivery would be cost prohibitive. A lot of their default spec'd homes are 0.6 ACH50 houses.
