Does anyone have experience using MgO board over EPS/XPS for a relatively waterproof basement subfloor? I see there are a few manufacturers of subfloor panels that are topped with Magnesium Oxide Board, of only 1/4" or so, and am curious how the 1/4" fares and any issues/lessons-learned that you could share. Thanks! Ross

Plastic is usually best for waterproofing over the insulation with cement poured over that....why aren't you wanting to going that route?

Sorry -- I wasn't very clear on that. This is a 1960's home that is being remodeled.
