I want to build my house in Merida,MX and would like to use either one of the following blocks, buildblocks, loxig, fox, nudura and or amfil. By doing this I am very interesting to find a person who has experience to oversee and help me doing it. the project will not be starting until Feb or March 2019. if anyone is interest or know where I can contact a person please let me know at [email protected]

Also, speak with a professional about termite abatement as well.

While concrete itself is termite-proof, the foam is something the termites can burrow through to get to food sources.
And in Mexico, you're going to HAVE to deal with it.

This will probably mean pulling ICFs that are borate-impregnated.

It'll also mean cutting away any foam within 8-12 inches of grade to leave an inspection strip so you can look for termite tracks.

it might pay to look at concrete sandwich construction (with the foam embedded in the middle of the wall) if you're looking for below-grade construction of a basement or crawlspace. Then go with ICF above grade.
This will leave you with an insulated concrete wall system that's easily coated and waterproofed from the exterior and termite-proofed by default.
You can then enjoy the benefits of standard ICF construction in your living areas.
