Hello Everyone. We have built a lot of our new house ourselves here in Knoxville (ICF basement, 1" R6 envelope, Panasonic ERV with our own ducting, Shower Heat Recovery System) for the last 18 months. This was a nice mix of fun and stress! My neighbor is tired of seeing these Zucle Zonts and Zints in the driveway, so it it time to sell them and recover some money for Solar Panels. Where does one usually sell those things ? Do you use the classic Craigslist or FB marketplace ? Thank you. (I read a ton on this forum while building and want to thank all the participants for being active. The ERV section was quite nice)
