I tried searching but did not find anything here so: I am looking to build new foundation on the Maine coast. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on Helical piers vs poured foundation. I work a lot in Canada and it seems they use them a lot up there.

They are getting more popular every year but I have never seen them used in my area.
