Hi, I have a wooden dining table and I wanna protect kt but I hate the look of table cloths and glass stop is pretty expensive. I saw these thick clear table covers on amazon but wondering where my table would be ruined if i try to take them out once i put them on. Any experience or suggestions?

I like to just leave them wood and be careful and refinish as needed, always use oil base on a table. sometimes even a quick dusting of stain makes a table look great.
I had a table with a glass cover over it and water got between the glass and wood and ruined it. Wont do that again.
Good Luck....I am sure there are people that know more then me though....

I had a Clear Vinyl Table Cloth bought on Amazon and it’s an excellent alternative to those that you usually find in stores and online. It’s waterproof and you can easily wipe the stains off.

That's a great information.
