Has anyone used a solar heating system in conjunction w/ a wood boiler? Specifically, I'd like info on how well the Garn solar-assist system works in COLD places. Thanks. john

The only reason that I would run both a wood boiler and solar is to use the solar to heat your DHW in the summer time. You would be able to size the system smaller.

Carlo: That's a good point. I won't need much heat in the summer. Thanks. john
