Boy I'll have to check again - it seemed to me to be quite a bit more than $2.50/sf. I'll dig it out and look. $2.50/sf I could handle...

Smoke was given a price of about $1.68sf. It is a little too easy to put up, as a contractor I have to earn my keep. So homeowners don't need help to put it up.

And when you put on drywall you don't have to end on a stud/plastic strip, it is easier to just let it run wild and end where ever. Just keep your Insofast level and your drywall plumb.

Dow makes a similar system that uses wood furring strips.

We just did an InSoFast job, I do like the product, I wish I would have thought of it. We did the electrical on this one using the existing, that was easy too, just like ICFs. I misspoke before InSoFast is R-10 with no thermal bridging.
