I need some recommendations on good insulated entrance doors and a patio door.  I've found lots of information on windows, but not much on doors.  I'm guessing that's because it may be easier to insulate them. I've been planning on using Fibertec triple-paned windows and would be interested if anyone had any comments on the Fibertec doors.  If not, what other companies have a good product?  Thanks for any help.

Fibertec is a good door, but with most doors the sill is the biggest problem. I used an IR camera on my last project and the doors were the worst part of the envelope. I wish someone made a door with an insulated sill, instead of a aluminum one. Wood would be better than this. I even tried to fill the sill with foam insulation to make it better but it still was the biggest thermal bridge in the house.
