I've seen a few posts relating to this product but didn't find anyone who tried it. I'm considering using it in place of 7/16 OSB sheating. I'll use the 1" stuff. Seems like it's a lot less tough than OSB but maybe that all works out once it's nailed to the studs (and maybe braced). I would brace it even though it says it doesn't need it. Another concern is if it will takes vinyl siding screws as well as OSB. I don't want siding falling down because I saved 1K on skipping the OSB.
If no one gives this stuff the thumbs up I'll just use 1" foam over OSB and sort out window and door fits for the extra 1" on the exterior. Thanks for any input.
