Chris,
What process do you use to press these long panels during glue up?
Also, do you have your own roll former for the metal?
I'm guessing roof panels for a 100' wide steel building?

What process do you use to press these long panels during glue up?
Also, do you have your own roll former for the metal?
I'm guessing roof panels for a 100' wide steel building?

the roll former is part of the continous line, it gets formed , then glued(fast setting), EPS is fed into machine , it goes thru a series of pressure
rollers / heat and it is laminated when it comes out the end, it is then cut to length with blades that roll the edges over slightly, foam is cut with hot wire

yes building is about 100ft. wide, purlins @ 12ft. OC
