Or very little electricity.
I know of three - Premier, Unique, and Brown. Fussy me, but I'm not really happy with any of them. I have searched so probably there aren't any others but just in case...
If there's nothing else then I'll probably get a Premier, I just wanted to be sure there wasn't another alternative. |

If you want any kind of timer or internal oven light, you are pretty much going to need electric |

I meant electricity to actually use it. I think all these ones have a light and one, at least, has a clock either operated by a battery or electricity (plugging into an outlet). These ones will work even if not plugged in. Every other range I've checked out needs power to use the burners - not just lighting them, and using the oven. They won't work at all if not plugged in. One that I checked into very specifically, because I really wanted it, would use at least 500 w for an average cooking day. |

A lot of commercial ones are electric free but you will need space around then to use it. Most residential stoves have electronic ignition which uses very little power. Unless you are off the grid, the economical thing would be to use a much cheaper stove that uses electricity but is way cheaper to purchase. |
