I don't know of any coal rated zero clearance wood burning fireplaces, but just about every one that I have looked at has the capability to duct heated air to other rooms. I have a Buck Stove Buckmaster (now discontinued) that is duct capable. Other manufacturers / models with duct capability are shown below:
