Thanks Jon, I get one shot at this. I must to do it right, even tho I should have got better guidance on the exterior, I can't go back and pull 36K brick off. I personally know people which have lived in foam insulated housed and loved the comfort and low energy bills. Unfortunately, they bought the house finished and only know that it was super efficient. With aprox ~6500 sf multi family(3 apartments) and 100* d with 85% RH in N AL all week (in early Jun, wait till July/Aug) I must consider long term. I do appreciate your input and thoughts. TS
