After I devised an elaborate mufti-step plan to house-wrap the foundation to bottom of inside walls that involved many steps typical framing crews never heard of.  I realized that while my plan did eliminate a spray foam operation it had a very undesirable unintended consequence.   CONDENSATION!  Though the heat lost through thermal bridging of the floor joist/rim joist sitting on a treated sill plate on a CMU foundation may be insignificant (because of the relatively small area involved) the prospect of condensation on the cold bottom of the truss is not insignificant.  This thermal bridge can be reduced, or practically eliminated by insulation outside of and below the concrete or CMU foundation as with an ICF, but since I plan on a layer of foam inside the CMU walls by using spray foam to tie the basement wall foam to the sub-floor above I'll prevent the warm moist basement air from contacting the coldest portion of the joist and seal the area as well.

one can find:
vertical air stabilization distribution VASD
will greatly alleviate pocketed problems as well, among many benefits over some insulated flooring in basement, walk-out (and most)  weathering the interior...
not-so top story vaulted areas in Cooling, unless you want a lot of dehumidification, having A/C cooling longer in running time.
