Is there a green insulation out there that is similar to a solid foam product, light weight and dense?
I am gearing up to build a 172 square foot tiny home on a trailer. My goal is to use the plans I've purchased as a rough start for guidence and turn this project into a cost effective and green project that will have many years of life. It calls for solid foam sheets for insulation for two reasons I guess. One is the obvious R value being higher, and two, to help fill spaces tight and increase the strength of the home while in travel or harsh conditions.
I need this home to last for at least 15 years (prefer longer) to get me through med school. |
