Glass is Green Blog from Inspired to be Green “Why to go Green” this is a frequently discussed topic, and I don’t want to start all over again with arguments like: We should stop global warming! Cut down on energy consumption! Save the world for our children! I guess all of us are aware of these facts. Let’s look at the question from a different perspective, the perspective of a businessperson. Does it make economic sense to go Green? http://glassisgreen2010.blogspot.com/2011/04/why-to-go-green.html

If your community goes green, sooner or later your community will reap the benefits of it. Green companies operate their businesses to meet their needs, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own. Furthermore, going green provides bottom line cost savings, as well as a competitive advantage in the marketplace. It allows your company to act proactively to address new environmental requirements from vendors and suppliers, while getting ahead of upcoming legislation.

Of course anything that's related to 'Green' has to do with protecting our planet. In short it means doing your thing in minimizing the bad things that's happening to our planet. Which is honestly our gain.

If we live in a clean environment then we'll be healthy and thus live longer!

Because through industrialization, we are ethically, socially, and fiscally responsible for the associated biological, chemical, physiological, health and humanitarian costs attributed to global degredation/depletion/fragmentation of resources and life support services which are required for life. Because if we don't, money won't matter and we will be historically inept for the uncertain future. Because it is required to keep up with a progressive, positive, cooperative society and all that it entails.  I think I've come to the right place to talk with progressive innovators, imaginative entrepreneurs and leaders for change in their roles.
