I am wondering if MemBrain's humidity variable permeability orientation is correct for zone 4c?

Similar to Seattle, in Vancouver, BC we have very damp/humid winters and fairly dry summers. It would seem the permeability could be the reverse of what you actually wanted.

Anyone in zone 4c used MemBrain?
