I'm currently looking for a builder for a new construction in orange county, ny (12729). I am looking for a builder that has experience in thick exterior rigid foam as promoted by people in this forum and green building adviser. Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you tried snooping around the NYSERDA site and documentation for contractor names. They may have a listing somewhere of contractors who have taken some of their advanced building training too- it may be worth a call.
