I am trying to get the pieces together for framing to start on the 8th and I am having trouble making the decision on the details for the bottom portion of my walls and sill plates. Please advise what you use and what you think works best for air sealing and termite resistance
Needed:
Sill plate gasket recommendation
termite barrier material and location
continuous air barrier recommendation
I have seen a post on here about how to connect window flashing used under the sill plate to the tyvek for a continuous barrier. Not sure if that is the best way to do things but I remember seeing it.
I don't want to just use the 6" sill sealer and caulk it just doesn't seem to make much sense to me. There has to be a more useful material that can do more than just one job.

+1 on EPDM sill gaskets as the best air-seal & capillary break at the foundation sill.
A strip of copper flashing between the exteiror edge of the sill extending down the concrete (or foam, if the foundation has exterior foam) is an effective termite shield. While highly thermally contuctive copper is something of a thermal bridge, in termite country you may have to take that energy hit. The copper leaching down the face of the exterior is toxic to termites.

I don't think they are a HUGE problem here in southern indiana but I would rather have something than nothing because I do now termites do damage to structures in this area.
Thanks for the gasket recommendation. Does that gasket need to extend to the outer edge and get connected to the tyvek or anything like that? I assume I just lay it down and put some caulk on both sides and lay the sill plate? What kind of caulk by the way?

Also, what do you recommend on the sill plates for the exterior walls? Same gasket material or just the caulk?

What about a full 3/8″ closed cell polyethylene foam with a peel & stick self adhesive waterproofing membrane?

I laid down a double heavy 3/8" bead of PL Premium polyurethane construction adhesive under my 2x4 framed garage walls on a slab. The polyurethane expands slightly as it cures to help fill voids and it effectively glues the bottom plate or sill plate to the floor/foundation and provides a capillary break. If I had a 2x6 or wider plate, I would lay down 3 beads of construction adhesive.

I like the idea of using caulk in conjuction with a traditional closed cell foam sill sealer. But, I am concerned that with all the effort I am going through in other areas, that this small but very important area is something I need to ensure gets done correctly.
The termite barrier is something I would like to have even though there is not a major concern for them in my area. Risk, YES,.....florida termite problems, not so much.
