Thermostat to prevent short cycling

I'm wondering if I can find a "Decora" wall switch thermostat (the kind that fits in a standard wall switch box) that would have logic to enforce a minimum "on" and "off" time.
I have a bath heater I'd like to set on a thermostat but I don't want it going on and off too quickly.
