Had some free time on Sunday and was tooling about.

Came across a small developer site utilizing the ZIP sheating (still relatively rare by me) and decided to take a look.

Tape seemed well applied.
Nails were over-driven.  But hopefully they were going to liquid-flash it (ZIP 2.0) to fix that.

Then I noticed a little something-something between the rounded entrance vestibule and the straight garage wall...

Look at the size of that gap.  I mean, seriously.

From what I could see of the more finished units, they just spray-foamed this gap, flashed and essentially called it done before putting the faux-stone/stucco exterior on.

How much you wanna bet this area's rotted right out in 5 years?
