It seems that using ICF goes a very long way in achieving LEED certification (I believe around 21 points). In addition to that it also appears that the American Lung Association "Health House" requirements go along the same path when using ICF as an envelope.
Does anyone know if a LEED certified structure (with perhaps silver, gold, or platinum certification) will also pass for an ALA "Health House"? If not, can anyone tell me what needs to be done in addition to LEED certification to achieve the American Lung Association "Health House" certification? It would be great to know how to achieve both at the same time and present that option to the consumer.
Hopefully I haven't stumped anyone with this question and that there is a simple answer to this one. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
