We are awaiting some information on our project from speedfloor. I was wondering of anyone with experience can tell me if speedfloor can be cantilevered over a bearing wall?
Our application would be using the speedfloor web hangers on one side bearing on the exterior icf wall. On other side I would like to have the speedfloor flange bearing on an interior ICF wall and cantilever a few feet to make an interior balcony.
Just curious If this can be done. Everything I have read about speedfloor mentions the web hangers and spanning from one wall to the other. Maybe litespan or litedeck would be better for this application?

It can be done. I am working with a plan now that will have a cantilevered roof using SpeedFloor.
