I viewed a an episode of Bob Vila this morning that demonstrated ICF technology. Since it was 5am, I missed some important  details, such as the brand of ICF. But the show was informative for those interested in ICF's. They showed a monolithic slab/footer, 1st floor walls, 2nd floor concrete flooring, and 2nd floor walls including a gable wall.

I didn't catch any pricing, but it was 5am, yawn.

Never-the-less, a very good show.

It was rediform that was used. The owner of the company was explaining how there are only two components; straight section and a corner form.

They poured the first floor walls and the second floor deck at the same time.
