Anyone out there have recommendation for builder with ICF experience in WNC? We're @ 1/2 between Charlotte & Asheville... upper Rutherford Cty. We hope to start in fall.. have the land, the well dug, the road put in, the underground electric to the place (built the barn first)

The first ICf I saw under construction was in Black Mountain NC. It was years ago but I'm sure someone is still using them. Contact the distributors in the Asheville area. I think there was one in Boone also. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for following up.. I spk to Elsie, who was very nice & offiered to show us her daughter's house anytime.. she also told us that Scott was currently working on an ICF house in OUR county, which is very exciting and we're anxious to go visit it. Elsie gave me Scott's cell, I left him a message, he hasn't returned my ph call. I'll call Elsie again and see what's up.. maybe they're taking 4th July week off..
