Hi..We are just putting the trusses up on our first ICF house.  What I am wondering is instead of drywalling the interior walls can I just stucco them?  I would like to get that "Adobe" look?  Will the stucco stick to the ICF blocks or do I have to use wire or fibreglas mesh or something.  I have seen lots of info on exterior stucco BUT nothing on interior finishes.
Thanks for any info.

Check out master paints MCT product this is what it will take to achive a fire rated interior wall. There may be others out there but this is one that I know about but have not used.

You may want to try American Clay Plaster.  Not sure if it can go directly over the foam, but it is an interior product which will give you the look you want.

I do not think that you will get by code approval wilt a paint.  In a    fire foam will still melt and reach "flash point".   I know that several of the stucco finish people were working on a "fire rated product but the only one I am familiar with is GeggaCrete.  It is fire rated over foam. There may be some more products out there but I am not familiar with them.

I have recently been researching this industry and Gigacrete is the only product I have found that can be applied directly over the foam while maintaining a fire rating.  ICF home building appears extremely versatile and support products like Gigacrete only increase job turnovers.  According to their website, they call the interior finish Plastermax and the exterior one coat Stuccomax.

I am not familiar with Permcrete and looked them up. It looks like good material but appears to be just another modified portland cement overlay with multiple steps to install. I can't believe how many of these materials are out there! All use some kind of additive derived from petrochemicals and we are researching how we can utilize eco firendly replacement materials for our project. The clay wall material looks really nice but even they have a lot of additives that you must use. So far our research shows gigacrete as the only 100% natural material out there. Has anyone tried this stuff?? Please comment if you have.
